This accusation was made by people’s Deputy of the city Council in connection with the construction of two shopping centers.
Business centers in St. Novovokzalnaya, 3 and lobanovskogo, 56/2 built with complete disregard of the legislative planning codes. This is the assertion of people’s deputies Igor Miroshnichenko.
According to the letter from the Department of planning and architecture KSCA from 12.12.2016, urban conditions and restrictions of building of the specified land plots were issued.
According to the Deputy, the citizens of Vietnam the Tien Thuan and Hoang thi Hien received land “for the construction and maintenance of residential homes, commercial buildings and structures.” Instead, they built an office building.
Currently, according to the statement of Igor Miroshnichenko Solomenskiy police Department opened criminal proceedings on the fact of committing these citizens arbitrarily of actions.
In addition, according to the MP, the developers somehow managed to avoid payment of share participation in the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the capital.
