In Kiev fell rent apartments

In six months the price of rent of apartments in Kiev grew by 2.18%.

As reported by the consulting company SV Development, for the period from 22 January to 21 July 2017, the average cost of rent 1-3 room apartments in Kiev has decreased by 2.18% ($9) and $404 dollars per apartment per month.

At the same time the cheapest remained Dniprovskiy district, where the average price of renting a 1-bedroom apartment is $246/month, the most expensive caves area – $396/month.

Rating of cost of rent of apartments on areas of Kiev:

Caves area:
1-bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.94% ($12) to $396/sq. m.
2 bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.49% ($13) to $509/kV. m.
3-room apartment – a decline of 2.79% ($17) to $592/sq. m.

Shevchenko district:
1-bedroom apartments – a decline of 1.99% ($7) to $344/sq. m.
2 bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.23% ($13) to $570/sq. m.
3-room apartment – a decline of 3.09% ($20) to $627/sq. m.

Holosiivskyi district:
1-bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.26% ($6) to $259/sq. m.
2 bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.11% ($7) to $324/kV. m.
3-room apartment – a decline of 2.83% ($13) to $447/sq. m.

Obolonskyi district:
1-bedroom apartments – a decline of 1.85% ($6) to $319/sq. m.
2 bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.11% ($8) to $372/sq. m.
3-room apartment – a decline of 2.06% ($10) to $476/sq. m.

Podolsky district:
1-bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.36% ($7) to $289/sq. m.
2 bedroom apartments – a decline of 3.39% ($13) to $370/sqm
3-room apartment – a decline of 2.32% ($11) to $463/kV. m.

Solomenskyi district:
1-bedroom apartments – a decline of 1.84% ($5) to $267/sq. m.
2 bedroom apartments – a decline of 1.90% ($7) to $362/sq. m.
3-room apartment – a decline of 2.13% ($10) to $459/kV. m.

Svyatoshinsky district:
1-bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.68% ($7) to $254/sq. m.
2 bedroom apartments – a decline of 1.66% ($6) to $355/kV. m.
3-room apartment – a decline of 2.50% ($11) to $429/sq. m.

Dniprovskyi district:
1-bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.77% ($7) to $246/sq. m.
2 bedroom apartments – a decline of 2.28% ($8) to $343/sq. m.
3-room apartment – a decline of 1.87% ($8) to $420/sqm

Darnitskiy district:
