In Kiev demolished scandalous cafe

The capital’s residents complained about constant noise.

In Kiev, the utility demolished café, built directly under Windows of a house.

The incident occurred on Avenue of Heroes of Stalingrad. Cafes, the river, open there long enough been the subject of constant complaints of local residents. Kiev tired to endure the noise from the restaurant and filed a complaint to the KSCA, which brought them the long-awaited result.

It is worth noting that the locals tried to negotiate with the owner of the café in a more peaceful way. They came to the school to begin the dialogue, however, met considerable force.
