Helipad in Kiev on Park became the property of the state enterprise. Thus, the demand of the nationalist party “Freedom”, “national corpus” and “Right sector”, which organized a protest on October 26, the Prosecutor’s office, made. About it reports a press-the Secretary of the public Prosecutor Larisa Sargan in his Facebook.
“In connection with an obstacle to the state enterprise in the implementation of actions to ensure the normal operation of this facility, today, 27.10.2017 year, the Kyiv Prosecutor’s office with access to the object performed the action on transfer of property in the immediate control of the state enterprise “Financing of infrastructural projects”, Russia”, – stated in the message.
The capital office of public Prosecutor makes pre-judicial investigation on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine. It is established that the Kyiv city Council without the consent of the Verkhovna Rada and without the prior consent of the world heritage Centre, UNESCO adopted the decision “On transfer of land located on Park road in the Pechersk district of Kiev OOO “Amadeus CO”for construction and maintenance of objects of engineering and transport infrastructure on Park road in Pechersk district of Kyiv”. So, “Amadeus CO” received the land lease for 25 years.
