In Kiev celebrated the birthday of Mikhail Bulgakov: the beloved writer on may 15 would have turned 126 years. The entrance to the famous Museum on Andriyivsky Uzviz on the occasion of a memorable day was made free, and the day near the monument (which, by the way, strewn yellow flowers) were reading works in foreign languages. The library of the Museum, recall, are books in 34 languages – including Esperanto.
Opened at the Museum and exciting new exhibition called “Home mailbox”, which presents the epistolary heritage of Bulgakov’s family and their relatives and discusses the importance of letters in the lives of people in General. The exhibition occupies two halls on the ground floor.
