For the first month of 2017 the average price of apartments in new buildings in Kiev declined to 21 800 UAH per square meter. The minimum cost per square meter has not changed – UAH 14 700.
This is evidenced by data analysts.
At the same time, during the year, the average price per square meter in new buildings in Kiev declined to 22500 UAH in February 2016 to 21 800 UAH in January 2017.
The minimum cost of a “square” in the capital building for the year decreased from 15 to 14 000 UAH 700 UAH.
