The leader of C-14 Eugene Karas Guzhva spat in the face
In Kiev on Independence square during a rally of journalists and activists who are outraged by the release of “titushki” Yuri Rat – killer of the journalist Vyacheslav Veremiya attacked the chief editor of the publication Country of the Igor Guzhva.
Igor Guzhva, who worked with Verenium and came to the rally against his killer, but soon the unknown ran up, started shouting, spitting. He said this on his Facebook page.
“Started shouting to spit, tried to hit. A set of words is not original – you are separable, you were against Maidan, and so on. Was forced to leave the place of meeting”, – he wrote.
“Veremiya killed are the same as those that attacked me today. Just there were a lot of cameras. The power of changing approaches to violence remain. That’s all you need to know about why the killer Veremiya given a suspended sentence” – he said.
As reported, on December 25 in the center of Kiev on Independence square held a rally demanding fair sentence for the head of the “aunts” Yuri Rat, which is involved in the beating of “maydanovets” and the murder of the journalist of the newspaper “Vesti” Vyacheslav Veremiya.
Recall, 19 Feb 2014 night in Kiev was killed by the journalist of the newspaper “Vesti” Vyacheslav Veremey, died in the emergency hospital from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
On 22 December, the Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev pronounced a sentence Krysino in the form of four years of imprisonment conditionally. In case of violation of order of conditions of imprisonment Krysino conditional sentence will replace the real term.
The court found that the native of Gorlovka, Lugansk region, Krysin gathered a group of “aunts” to fight against Euromaidan activists, having received the remuneration in the amount of 20 thousand dollars. 19 Feb 2014 he and a group of his subordinates stopped using the grenades in the car, which was traveling journalist Veremey and beat him with bats. One of the “aunts” shot the correspondent of the newspaper, from the received wounds he died later in the hospital.
In court Krysin has admitted his guilt in hooliganism and causing bodily harm, and stated that the murder Veremiya happened inadvertently. Storage of state charge asked court to sentence the defendant to 6 years in prison. However, the court saw in action Rat hooliganism and found that in Rat there are extenuating circumstances – young children and remorse.
In addition to the sentence of 4 years probation, court ordered Rat to pay costs for litigation expenses in the amount of UAH 284 12.
