In Kiev, the attackers stole from the car and returned to their owners for reward.

Police detained two young men. They seized evidence, among which the stolen license plate, credit cards and mobile phones. Young people said that within two months two to three times a week were made the night of the theft of number plates to return them for a fee. After receiving the money on the card, the attackers actually returned stolen.
