In Kiev, accidentally discovered a very rare ticket

A ticket to the Museum found in the picture.

In Kiev, the restorers found under the frames of paintings from St. Andrew’s Church “50-year” Museum tickets.

A ticket to the St. Sophia Museum in the 70-ies was worth 5 cents.

The discovery of the restorers will be sent to the Museum funds.

Previously a member of the National reserve “Sophia of Kyiv” Vadim Kirilenko on his page on the social network Facebook wrote that in St. Andrew’s Church will restore the painting “the Sermon of the Apostle Andrew” of Plato Borispol (1847).

“Over the last 150 years, the painting was not removed from the wall and carefully not restored”, – he said.

According to Kirilenko, the picture is very big and weighs about 170 kg.
