In Kiev, a woman jumped from the ninth floor

The woman died at the scene.

On Victory Avenue, 19, a mentally-unbalanced woman committed suicide by jumping from the apartment window of the 9th floor.

The incident occurred on the morning of Wednesday, July 18. The police called one of the tenants and said that on the window of the 9th floor, his legs dangling, the woman who intends to jump. After a few minutes the woman jumped. In the fall she hooked a tree branch, breaking it, which in turn slightly softened the blow.

Medics ambulance arrived 15 minutes after the incident. They pronounced him dead.

Housemates say that the deceased had mental disorders, no one spoke, gathered the trash from dumpsters, were engaged in begging.

On this fact initiated criminal proceedings with the qualification of “suicide.”
