On Tuesday, July 18, drunken Colonel Alexander Konopenko staged a riot in Obolon district in Kiev.

Drunk man opened fire in the yard of a house on the street of Marshal Timoshenko, 7. The place went to police, who saw the Colonel standing near the car. Having seen militiamen, he threw away the gun, got in the car and tried to escape, but police managed to detain him.

During the detention, the Colonel behaved aggressively denied the fact of shooting, swearing, insulting police officers and even threatened them. “Tomorrow you will tear to pieces!” he shouted to a policeman, conducted operational shooting. Besides, the man boasted that in 2014 were in the area of ATO. Between him and police officers took place the following dialogue:
