In Kiev, a drunken brawler started shooting

The incident happened in Obolon.

In Kiev Obolon police arrested a man who shot from a traumatic weapons.

As a result of incident nobody has suffered, have informed in Department of communication of the police of Kiev.

The police received a message stating that the street of Marshal Timoshenko, an unknown man shoots a subject similar to the gun. At the address arrived promptly avtopatruli of the police and investigatory-operative group.

On a scene militiamen found a man who was severely intoxicated and had a weapon.

Police found that the offender brought outside the protection of one of the entertainment. But the visitor disagreed with this decision and made a scene, got a weapon and started shooting.

As a result of firing nobody suffered, the damaged property was found. The scene is investigative-task force seized and sent for expert research two empty cases for shooting of rubber bullets and the gun “Stalker”, converted into a firearm.

The attacker was detained, law enforcement officers found that a 34-year-old man had previously had problems with the law because of the resistance to the police.

On this fact the investigative Department of the Obolon police Department initiated criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides till seven years of imprisonment.

Now the offender is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime, the measure of restraint in form of detention.
