In Kiev, a brave passers-by themselves tied up the robber

The guy pretended to be the buyer of the phone, Maced in the face to the seller and tried to escape.

In Kiev passersby yourself arrested the robber and held him until the police arrived.

The police called people who reported that they were holding 21-year-old boy who committed the robbery. In place immediately came investigative team Solomenskiy police Department.

The victim told law enforcement that the Internet has decided to sell the smartphone. When found a potential buyer, he arranged to meet him on the street Novopolevaya.

The meeting came a young guy and got in the car, but after inspecting the phone to the seller sprayed in the face with a gas canister and rushed out into the street. The victim tried to catch up with the guy, he dropped his phone, the attacker caught it and started running away. The screams of the victim assistance responded to passers-by, who caught the attacker and held him until the police arrived.

Now the 21-year-old attacker was detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine. The event information included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 St. 186 (Robbery) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term up to six years.
