The ambulance pronounced him dead.
As have informed in a press-service GU of NP in the Kharkiv region, the investigator addressed the issue of opening of criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the criminal code of Ukraine.
