“Pre-judicial investigation upon assistance activities of the terrorist organization (part 1 of article 258-3 of the criminal code of Ukraine)”, – said the Prosecutor.

According to him, article 222 of the criminal code “does not permit disclosure of data of preliminary investigation”.
“I think this business is very promising, and one episode it will not be limited. I hope that it will be promptly investigated and forwarded to court,” – said the Prosecutor.

According to him, official suspicion in this case, Yezhov has not yet been announced.

As previously reported, in Chervonozavodsky district court of Kharkiv was replaced by two of the panel of judges that heard the case Shtepa. The first panel, led by judge Denis chudovskiy were amended in connection with the dismissal of the presiding judge because of the violation of the oath (illegal arrests of activists of the Euromaidan in February 2014).

The second panel was led by judge Victor Yezhov. Prosecutors said his withdrawal due to the fact that in the case of a judge on January 25 in ERDR were made information about criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 258-3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine on the fact of promoting a judge of a terrorist organization.
