In Kharkov law enforcers have exposed the criminal scheme in the field of rental housing. This is stated in the press service of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Kharkiv region in Facebook.

“The suspects deceived 35 citizens for the sum more than 30 thousand hryvnias. Exposed fraud and their criminal scheme employees Osnovyansko of the police Department of the city of Kharkiv”, – stated in the message. As noted, in the course of the investigation, the investigators found that the attackers took control of money of victims under the pretext of delivery of housing rental in the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region. Potential “victims” of attackers were found through the Internet, among the victims in particular are citizens who moved to Kharkov from the temporarily occupied territories. “The scammers signed a contract for the provision of information services about rental housing and stated “customers” addresses of apartments that actually had the owners did not give up. For their services the brokers received from 600 to 5 thousand hryvnia per person”, – is spoken in the message.

Now militiamen caught 4 suspects – 19-year-old boy and 19, 26, 29-year-old women. On the specified fact the criminal proceedings under part 2 St. 190 (fraud) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The detainee it is reported about suspicion, to them threatens till 3 years of imprisonment.
