In the Kharkiv region on Saturday, September 30, as a result dorozhno-transport incident two persons were lost, three more are hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
As reported in the police region, the accident occurred on the highway between the city of serpents and the village of Water, when the driver of Daewoo Lanos was turning left onto a dirt road, and in this time, Škoda began to overtake him.
In the result, Škoda first faced with the Daewoo Lanos car, and then crashed into a tree and caught fire. It is noted that the driver of Daewoo Lanos advance turned on the turn signal.
The accident 48-year-old Skoda driver and his 17-year-old passenger died on the spot. Three passengers of a foreign car – a 32-year-old woman, 22-year-old man and woman aged about 40 years was taken to the hospital.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 article 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides till eight years of imprisonment.
