The fight occurred during shooting of police officers on camera
In Kharkov the police patrol was in the midst of a scandal. It is an ordinary conflict of law enforcement officers and videobloggers received an unexpected continuation — patrol use one of the activists force.
In the end, both sides of the conflict remained mutual claims, and to find out who is to blame for the scuffle, it may be the Prosecutor’s office.
The story happened at the intersection of Geroyev Stalingrad Avenue and street of the Kharkov Divisions.
As told in the press service of the patrol police, the inspectors noticed a nearby four citizens, who for a while was recorded on mobile phones the work of law enforcement, then left. In 20 minutes the unknown drove to the patrol crew in the moment when one of the cops wrote out the decision on administrative offence to the driver.
“According to preliminary information, the unknown citizens, fixing the patrol in the video, began to provoke the police, saying that their actions are illegal, unprofessional, using profanity, — tell in Department. — Comments on the patrol, four men did not react and continued conflict. According to the Law of Ukraine “On citizens”, the patrol was asked to introduce themselves snapper and to remove sunglasses, but he refused, with the result that between the citizen and the inspector scuffle. And patrol, and the man received minor injuries”.
On a scene caused it is investigative-task force and parties to the conflict were hospitalized in the hospital. Patrol intend to submit a statement to the police and collect materials for two articles — “resisting law enforcement” and “interference in the activities of the employee of law enforcement body”.
His statement addressed to militiamen and a second participant in the fight, activist Anatoly, known online under the nickname Tolyamba that is regularly posting videos about the patrol and traffic. For its part run sees the situation quite differently, say, police work he and his colleagues filmed on the case, and dismissed the hands of the inspector without any reason.

The activist added that he would seek the opening of criminal proceedings, he wrote a letter to the territorial Department of the police, and after being put in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations, the case will be transferred to the Prosecutor.
As explained by our lawyer Oleg Mikhailov, video recording, law enforcement is not prohibited, the citizen, and in fact can approach the police and get him on the phone at least on the grounds that suspects in its actions anything illegal.
“The Constitution clearly States that citizens can act within the bounds of that which is not prohibited. I shoot as a citizen, because that’s my police, and I wish she was honest and open,” says Mikhailov. The lawyer says that the police, in turn, to remove citizens by mobile phone is not eligible.
