Fatal accident occurred in Kharkov on the street Kovtun. About it reported in sector of communications of the regional police.

“The police establishes the identity of the deceased and the circumstances of the incident, information about the event is entered in the Unified register of pretrial investigations under article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine with a mark “an accident”, – told the police.
