Emergency happened on the stairs between the floors of residential flats.
The suicide happened between 7 and 8 floors of a residential building. There from a grenade explosion killed 23-year-old boy.
About the incident militiamen found out late in the evening of the 24th of September.
It all started with the fact that the inhabitants of the 16-storey building on the street Mohnachanskyy, 83, heard the explosion and immediately called rescuers.
The place also left experts of explosive management, medical and investigative team of the Industrial division of the police.
The place of the accident, in the stairwell of the house between 7 and 8 floor on the fire escape they found the body of a man.
It soon became clear that 23-year-old resident of the house blew himself up with a grenade. He died on the spot. The guy last year returned from the zone ATO.
