A crime Novobakinskogo employees of Department of police exposed a previously convicted 29-year-old native of the city of Kramatorsk.
The incident happened yesterday around 20:00, outside the station. During joint drinking of alcoholic drinks the man struck a 53-year-old Kharkiv citizen stabbed in the heart. Currently the victim is in hospital in a satisfactory condition.
The fact of the event included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations under article 15 of part 1 of article 115 (attempt to murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. To the malefactor threatens till 15 years of imprisonment.
Now the suspect is detained according to article 208 of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine and contains in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is continuing.
