In Kharkiv, the court returned to the state of the premises $ 18 million hryvnia

Economic court of Kharkov region satisfied the statement of the Deputy Prosecutor of the region on return to state ownership of real estate cost 18 mln. and area more than 1 thousand 700 square meters in the elite district of Kharkov.

As told the head of Department of Prosecutor’s office of area Alexander Miller, in 2011, during the procedure of bankruptcy of state-owned immovable property illegally withdrawn from state ownership.

Him with a violation of applicable law provided the possession of three individuals. In particular, the owner of the building (the Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine) did not consent to its alienation.

Now the judgment is satisfied in full. The ownership is registered in the relevant Ministry.

According to the head of Department of Prosecutor’s office of area Igor Chub, now in production against the head of one of private enterprises which has long been wanted, pre-judicial investigation proceeds. Proceedings against another suspect another Manager of private enterprise – is pending before a court. Regarding the case of the Director of GP the prosecution made to the court of appeal against too lenient a sentence.
