Airport on the island of Honshu became the world’s first regional airport in the received 5 “stars”.
The Chubu Centrair airport on the island of Honshu in Japan became the world’s first five-star regional airport Skytrax, a consulting company, which is considered the world’s most authoritative assessment of service quality in the airline industry.
Chubu airport is one of the five “sea” airports of Japan. From here there are flights to Asia, USA and Middle East countries.
The rating took into account the size of the queue to clear passport control, speed of baggage delivery on arrival, cleanliness of terminals, availability of shops and restaurants, the efficiency of the airport staff and comfortable Lounges.
In the list of five-star airports, in addition to Chubu Centrair international airport, is included the air port of Hong Kong, Qatar (Hamad), Munich, Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong and Tokyo (Haneda).
