The fate of an employee of the Miva media Sado, which was 31 years, has forced Japanese authorities to begin to deal with the problem of a large number of deaths that are related to working overtime.
Labor inspectors have ruled that the 31-year-old employee of public broadcaster NHK has died from overwork. Miwa Sado from the headquarters of the broadcaster in Tokyo for the month had two days off, and processing of 159 hours.
The information that the woman died from overwork, her employer released only this week, despite the fact that the woman died in July 2013.
It is expected that new information about the death of Sado will increase pressure on Japanese authorities to eliminate the high number of deaths from overwork.
A few years ago was a similar case. 24-year-old employee of an advertising Agency committed suicide. Officials at labour standards ruled that her death was caused by stress caused by work. For several months it had processed more than 100 hours per month.
The case of the death of a young woman sparked a national debate about the working practices of Japan and forced Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to do act work. The government has proposed to limit monthly overtime. Their bill will not be allowed to work overtime more than 100 hours per month. Otherwise, the company discharged a considerable fine.
According to the government, for the year, more than 2,000 Japanese committed suicide because of stress associated with work, while dozens of others died from heart attacks, strokes, that caused long processing.
