Halych national nature Park, Ivano-Frankivsk region, has banned the free stay of the visitors in the wild animal rehabilitation Centre. Now you can get there only in the group with a guided tour and a guided tour.

As explained by the Director of the Center Vladimir Buchko resource in the comments the innovation should increase the comfort of both animals and tourists.

“The wild animal rehabilitation centre of the Galician national Park was primarily created for the benefit of animals, although essential for the development of tourism in the region, because to a certain extent, performs the functions of the zoo. The main feature of the Center is that it serves as a rehabilitation institution for many animals which are treated and rehabilitated, the human impact is bad, ” said Buchko.

In addition, said the head of the institution, there are a lot of dangerous animals (deer, bears, wolves, etc.). Unattended visitors often violate rules of conduct: noise, climbed on the fence of the enclosures, are drawn to elektrozabory, throw in the cages forbidden things and feed the animals, despite the warning signs.

“In the service of tourist groups, who will be accompanied under the watchful guide, seeing only the positive. We will give visitors some knowledge, will provide comfort for them and for our patients,” explained the limitations Buchko.

In ecological and educational tourism complex Galician NPP has established the following schedule of excursions:
1 tour – 09.00-10.00;
2 tour – 10.00-11.00;
3 tour 11.00-12.00;
4 tour 12.00-13.00;
5 tour 13.00-14.00;
6 tour 15.00-16.00.
