The aircraft was supposed to fly to Odessa and Kiev.
Turned out to be false information about mining of two planes of airline “Ukraine International airlines” (UIA) in Istanbul, which was to operate flights “Istanbul – Kiev” and “Istanbul – Odessa”.
“A signal of possible threat received in a call center in the company in Kiev. We have taken all necessary security measures, a thorough examination of the threats have been identified. These aircraft will perform the flight according to the destination”, – noted in press service.
The plane flight “Istanbul-Odessa” is off to Odessa. About the Department of consular service of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine said on Twitter.
“Aircraft flight PS718 “Istanbul-Odessa” took off from Istanbul”, – stated in the message.
