In the Israeli city of Petah Tikva 29-year-old native of Ukraine attacked the woman that I assumed was Russian.
The incident occurred on September 11, and September 15, the suspect was charged with assaulting a 40-year-old woman, living in this city.
“According to the indictment, the man attacked the woman, taking her for Russian. In fact, the victim was also an immigrant from Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that the woman suffered a facial injury and she needed medical help. The man was detained by police.
