In Germany printed textbook for learning the German language, which annexed the Ukrainian Peninsula of Crimea specified part of the Russian Federation.
The tutorial was developed by the manufacturer of tests for the study of languages TELC (The European Language Certificates), which, as stated on its website, its work is “guided by the purposes of multilingualism, established by the Council of Europe and the European Commission.”
Incorrect image temporarily occupied by Russia of the Crimea appeared in the “workbook”, designed to teach foreigners who immigrated to Germany and have to integrate into society (language level B1.1, slightly above the initial).

In Germany TELC acts on behalf of the Federal Ministry of the interior in cooperation with the Goethe Institute and develops tests for the German language for immigrants. These tests TELC releases and Austria, with the support of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Austria.
