French Minister for gender equality Chiappa Marlene has donated her hair to the benefactors who make wigs for cancer patients women, and encouraged others to do the same.
She announced this in her Facebook.
Chiappa explained that the fee for the wig, except for the cost of medications can be prohibitive for cancer patients. She joined many women who sacrificed their hair during the month of awareness about breast cancer in France. Sister Chiappa donates hair every two years.
