The security staff of International airport of Alexandria in Egypt on March 2 detained a citizen of Russia, whose Luggage was discovered an improvised explosive device.
The detained Russians planned to fly to Istanbul flight of Turkish Airlines. Information about the identity of the Russians in the message is not given.
