Project 419-foot towers Israeli-Italian architect David Fisher’s Dynamic Tower becomes reality and can beautify one of the most famous and richest resorts in the world – Dubai.
Fisher presented his project almost 10 years ago, and construction was to begin in 2010, but it was postponed due to changes in design. It seems that 7 years later, the project finally got the green light.
In the “Dynamic tower,” will be 80 floors that can rotate 360 degrees, with the tenants and hotel guests will be able to choose the view from the window with voice commands.
Rotation and all the power supply of the building will be at the expense of the established rooftop solar panels and 48 individual wind turbines that will be placed between floors. According to the architect, the building will generate 10 times more energy than it needs.
Housing the building will be luxury. In addition, the tower will satisfied with swimming pool, garden, fitness center and even an Elevator for cars. Prices start from $30 million.
