Man faces life in prison.
Previously convicted man was beaten to death a pensioner in the village of Bogdanovka of the Pavlograd district.
It became known that the freed again from prison, the man asked to stay with the pensioner in a private home. When the host made the remark for constant drunken guest, the latter attacked him and beat him to death.
The body of pensioner found numerous bruises, broken ribs and a stab wound to the chest.
A criminal offense under part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code, was changed to para 13 of part 2 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (premeditated murder committed by a person who has previously committed a similar crime).
Now the malefactor is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. He could face life imprisonment.
We will remind, in Kherson region a teenager who brutally murdered a pensioner, sentenced to 12 years imprisonment . In July last year in one of the villages located near area 16-the summer guy took the life of 84-year-old pensioner.
