The drone of OSCE fixed 64 anti-tank mines along the highway M03 occupied between Debalcevo and Svetlodarsk in the Donetsk region. About it LIGA.net reported in a press-service of the mission on the morning of Wednesday, July 26.
According to observers, 64 anti-tank mines (TM-62) 20 metres was located to the North-West of the checkpoint of militants.
“16 of these mines were established across the M03 road between debaltseve (58 km North-East of Donetsk – ed.) and Svetlodarsk, and 48 mines were stacked in a pile nearby in the grass, in two different places from one side of the road,” – said the OSCE.
Earlier, on 24 July, in the same area on the earth observers saw 15 anti-tank mines (TM-62), installed in two rows, and concrete barriers.
The OSCE stressed that in this district the mission has monitored and facilitated clearance and withdrawal of unexploded ordnance.
“The clearance has allowed the SMM for the first time since the beginning of 2015 to pass on the road from Debaltsevo to Svetlodarsk. However, these mines were set back immediately after the passage of the patrol mission,” – said the press service.
