The Russian state Duma adopted the law on the introduction of resort fees from tourists in the Crimea, Altai, Krasnodar and Stavropol Krai. The charge will start to charge tourists not earlier than may 1, 2018, its amount will reach 100 rubles per day. Documents published in the automated system of ensuring legislative activity.
The fee may vary depending on season, time of stay of the tourist, the value of the resort.
It is assumed that the total additional revenues in the period from 2018 to 2022 in the Stavropol region of the Russian Federation will exceed 2.02 billion rubles, in the Krasnodar region – 8.3 billion rubles in the Crimea 16.4 billion rubles (at the rate of 50 rubles).
Resort fee may not be paid by the beneficiaries, children under the age of 18, poor families, disabled 1 and 2 groups, veterans of the great Patriotic war, students who study in these regions to full-time, people who came for treatment, local residents and workers, volunteers and athletes to the competition.
