In court: Russian actor received refugee status in Ukraine

Sergey Anisiforov won the case in the Migration service of Ukraine.

The citizen of the Russian Federation Sergey Anisiforov who participated in the Euromaidan in 2013-2014, won nearly three-year legal proceedings against the Migration service of Ukraine and obtained refugee status.

“The court in the refugee status won today. Odessa District court of appeal finally put an end to my years… the Court obliged the Migration service of Ukraine to grant the status of refugee or additional protection,” wrote S. Anisiforov on his Facebook page on Wednesday.

S. Anisiforov – actor, in 2013 he participated in the protests on the Euromaidan.

In may 2016 in Odessa, in the same way refugee status is received the citizen of the Russian Federation, the organizer of the March “For the federalization of Kuban” Peter Lubchenco.
