The incident happened in the Cherkassy region. Retired have not found a better solution to the conflict but the use of weapons. A man repeatedly shot his neighbor with a gun. Law enforcement officers have detained the shooter. This was shared in a press-service of the National police in the area.
“The duty of the Chigirinsky police Department received a report that in one of villages of the area was an altercation between two neighbors in which a male fired several shots in the direction of a neighbor with a gun. The victim was taken to a local hospital with injuries shot in the chest, arms and legs”, – said the Agency.
Now the pensioner is declared suspicion in a crime under part 2 of article 15 (attempted crime), part 1 of article 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
