Attendees rioted after the suspect was released on bail
In Cherkasy defeated the Dnieper district court after the decision to release on bail a suspect in the case of the disruption of the heating season in bold. This is stated in the press service of the court.
Note, in the Prosecutor’s office reported that the court decided to release the detainee on the case of the beneficiary LLC “Smila Energoinvest” Andrey Karpenko on bail of people’s Deputy Ivan Fursin. After the judge announced the decision, those present refused to release the judge from the audience, up to 30 men began to threaten him. The police provided his evacuation, however, people began furniture to block the passage to the stairs and blocked the exit from the building and staged a brawl. The court shall declare the property damage.
In this respect, the High Council of justice decided to appeal to the National police with the requirement to take measures to prevent the blocking of the court in Cherkassy. Note, the suspect in the disruption of the heating season in bold Andrey Karpenko was detained December 5 in Kiev.
