The abolition of the nationalization of PrivatBank will lead to financial collapse, said Gontareva.
In case of cancellation of the nationalization of PrivatBank it will be declared insolvent and liquidated, said the former head of the NBU Valery Gontareva in an interview.
The decision of the District administrative court of Kyiv on the abolition of nationalization of PrivatBank it is called “complete lawlessness”.
“In the event of cancellation of the nationalization will be restitution and the state will take a glove to the Bank 155 billion, then the Bank will immediately be declared insolvent and liquidated. I hope that this scenario will not allow anyone, because it’s just a financial collapse. Therefore, I believe that the truth will prevail,” she said.
Commenting on the possibility of re-nationalization of the Bank in an interview with Liga.net hontareva noted that “the decisions of the courts of the fake everything is possible.”
“But I don’t think they need it. They submit these claims for one purpose – to prove that the nationalization was illegal, and force PrivatBank to withdraw their claims from international tribunals,” said the former head of the NBU.
As reported, on 18 April, the District administrative court of Kiev recognized illegal nationalization of PrivatBank. The NBU and the Ministry of Finance has declared that will appeal.
