In the canadian province of British Columbia for several months, looking for deer with a hammock purple color on one of the horns.
First deer with such an unusual decoration noticed in August, and in that time, the hammock hung on both horns of the animal.
The rescuers then managed to catch the animal, but to cut the hammock turned out only one of the horns of the deer escaped and ran away.
Since then, the animal continues to roam the countryside with a hammock on the horn. The locals gave him the nickname “Gummy” and even created in honor of his community in Facebook, which publishes photos of him.
Zoologists hope that they will be able to find Gummy and remove the hammock from his head before the start of the breeding season because it deer won’t be able to fight on equal terms with their rivals.
