According to the testimony of an eyewitness, the attacker took all mobile phones. His voice was nervous and hysterical. He demanded that the policemen left their weapons in the car and gave him the opportunity to leave. In response to people’s complaints, the man spoke: “You in the Bank come from, you probably have money, and I’m here not from good life”.

Striker asked one woman, she went to the police and voiced his requirements. “I wish I was allowed to leave the building and leave, then nobody gets hurt. The Bank still, he’s insured,” – said the robber. The car he was given. He took hostage a man who was a Colonel in the police, and left the city. There it was caught by militiamen. He opened fire on them.
