In August of 2017, plans to begin reconstruction of the Kiev zoo.
“We are completing the design phase of the reconstruction of the zoo. Once finished designing, they will immediately start work on reconstruction. We expect that this will happen in June-August of this year,” said Advisor to the head of the KSCA Dmitry Belotserkovets.
The official also added that the reconstruction of the zoo from the city budget will allocate 200 million UAH.
