In Albania, held mass protests demanding early elections.
The protest, which took place peacefully and without the intervention of the police, took part more than 10 thousand people.
The members of the opposition Democratic party was established on the roadway near the building of the government of Albania giant tent, which remained there after the action.
During the protest, the head of the opposition Democratic party of Albania Lulzim Basha accused the leadership of the country that it is its policy led to further spread of poverty and corruption in the country.
“Let’s stick together for free and fair elections, which are impossible until you find and eliminate this criminal government,” he said.
Parliamentary elections in the country scheduled June 18, but the opposition wants early voting and the creation of a technocratic government.
Albania is a NATO member and a candidate for EU membership. The country expects to start accession negotiations at the end of this year.
