The storm caught the area with 1.5 million people.
More than 150 people died and hundreds were missing after the cyclone “IDI” covered the South-East of Africa. Tens of thousands more remain cut off from roads and communication facilities.
According to the UN, the storm in General, hooked on a territory with a population of more than 1.5 million people in Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe.
At least 100 people are still missing in the Eastern part of Zimbabwe because of the strong tropical cyclone.
