For the past days the country has not recorded a single murder, assured the police.
In the current year in Ukraine has been made less of all homicides over the past two decades. This was announced by first Deputy head of the national police Vyacheslav Abroskin, reports the press service of the interior Ministry.
“According to statistics for the period from 1997 to 2017, the number of homicides committed within nine months of each year ranged from a peak of such crimes, 3494 (2000) to the lowest figure recorded this year 1185 homicides. Consequently, the number of murders committed within 9 months of 2017, compared with previous years has decreased almost three times,” police say.
According to Abroskin, for the last day in the country has not recorded a single murder.
Earlier, the interior Ministry reported that during 9 months of police work in 2017 was solved 62 percent of property crimes (among registered).
