Urgent visit to the headquarters of the Alliance of the Minister of science and education Lilia Grinevich was caused by exactly this problem.
Vice Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic integration Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze said that Hungary has moved to block cooperation between Ukraine and NATO.
According to Deputy Prime Minister, Budapest, using the fact that in NATO the principle of consensus, in fact, inhibit the effective development and execution of programs that have been planned between NATO and Ukraine.
“Ukraine is concerned about the ultimate behavior of Hungary due to the dissatisfaction of the language article of the law on education. All our attempts to engage in dialogue about breaking the unwillingness to dialogue by the Hungarian side”, – quotes its words.
Klympush-Tsintsadze recognized that urgent visit to the headquarters of the Alliance of the Minister of science and education Lilia Grinevich was caused by exactly this problem.
Deputy Prime Minister added that Kiev has the support of the Secretariat of the Alliance with other NATO members who have expressed concern about the language norm, the dialogue began, and only Hungary has chosen the path blocking.
“The headquarters is perceived as unacceptable behaviour, and the Alliance is interested in the fact that this issue was resolved,” she says.
