On Friday, February 10, hundreds of Blackfish (pilot whales) beached at night on the shore of Golden Bay on the North of the South island of New Zealand.

About 500 people are trying at the present time to send the still alive pilot whales in the open ocean. Dozens of volunteers accompany dolphins in boats. The rest are in the water, forming a corridor through which feeding whales. People lay great hopes on the tide.
Still managed to save 50 black dolphins. They returned safely to the ocean. About 60 again jumped on shore, they are trying to send back.
Experts say that it is the most popular event of ashore marine mammals in New Zealand’s history.
