Hrycak supported the introduction of a visa regime with Russia

Vasyl Hrytsak offers to do bizviz only for Russians with biometric passports.

The head of the SBU Basil Gritsak considers it appropriate to impose a regime of restricted entry to Ukraine for citizens of Russia, which will have the right to visa-free entry only to holders of biometric passports.

“We have the opportunity from June 11 to actually visit (without a visa – ed.), Europe for biometric passports. Why not make so that citizens, at least, the Russian Federation could enter here only on similar documents… Such a measure at this stage could be adopted”, – said Hrytsak.

The head of the SBU noted that this is no fault of the citizens of Russia. According to him, the guilty political leaders, the ideologues of “Moscow machine,” which quarreled the Ukrainian and Russian peoples.

“Now it will be very difficult to get away from it, because in the history of the relationship, there’s blood, death, a lot of what unites and divides”, – said Hrytsak.

He also noted threats from the Russian special services, which are exposed to citizens of Ukraine visiting Russia on personal business or a job in this country.

According to the head of the SBU, there are cases of attempts to recruit visiting the Russian Ukrainians with the security services of the country what the recruitment of Ukrainians is carried out both by applying psychological and physical pressure.
