5. Drink a smoothie. Many celebrities are starting the day with a smoothie. It is good for health and helps to maintain a stable weight.

6. Stay away from coffee. If you are missing doses of caffeine – it is better to drink a bowl of fragrant green tea.

7. Keep a diary. This will help to organize your life and not to forget about important events or purchases that you need to do. Besides, if you will be shopping lists, you will be able to protect themselves from spontaneous spending.

8. Smile! Smile uses 53 muscles of the face and also causes the release of hormones that fight stress. If you’re not in the mood, just practice until you can smile.
