How to keep a wonderful vision for years to come.
There are a lot of exercises for the eyes, but all of them can be divided into several groups, which need to be combined with each other. We show the most important and effective, that need to be done daily. They will not take you more than 10 minutes a day, however, this is the best way to improve eyesight.
Palming
Eyes gymnastics begins with relaxation. From the eyeball there are also muscles and relax them much harder than the muscles of the hands or feet.
Sit up straight, relax. Close your eyes and cover their palms so that the light does not penetrate. Elbows lean on the table, while leaving the back smooth. Imagine something relaxing: for example, the sound of the surf and tropical palm trees (they gave the name of this exercise). Imagine, breathing deeply and evenly, for several minutes. Slowly take your hands from eyes, take a deep breath, open your eyes. Your muscles relaxed.
Nose writing
This trains the eye muscles, making them elastic and at the same time relaxes them. In addition, relax your neck muscles, excessive tension which leads to the weakening of blood circulation in the area of the eyeballs.
Sit back, relax, close your eyes. Imagine that the tip of the nose is a pen, and write it in the alphabet, and after a small letter. Perform the exercise for 2-3 minutes.
Rasfokus
Eyes are always focused on something new and tired of this. I can’t relax them, making this exercise.
Put your palm at eye level and move your head left-right, nor are delaying opinion. This will allow the view to have the focus of a lot of subjects at different distances and not focus on one of them. Do 20-30 turns heads.
Figure
It’s time to train the eyeball! Draw the eyes of each of these figures: it helps eyes to become healthier, stronger and vigilantly.
