According to the Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine, as of may in underground storage facilities is 14.8 billion cubic meters of natural gas, 2.3 billion more than last year. Coal reserves – 1 980,5 thousand tons, which is 568,3 thousand tons more than last year.
However, the government considers that providing consumers with heat and hot water – direct and full responsibility of local authorities, as well as the formation of tariffs for the consumed energy. However, Volodymyr Groysman stressed repeatedly that the reason to raise gas prices in Ukraine yet. That is why it’s not possible to prevent growth of prices for heat and hot water.
